Delete your Tydee account
Tydee · Last updated September 2, 2026
This page explains how to delete your Tydee account (Android app io.tydee.app and the Tydee iPhone and iPad app), what is deleted and what is kept.
Delete your account from the app (fastest)
1. Open Tydee and sign in. 2. Open the side menu and tap Profile. 3. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account. 4. Confirm: company owners type the company name, employees and clients type DELETE. No email or support request is required.
Can't sign in?
Email privacy@tydee.io from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my Tydee account". Telling us why is optional. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before acting on it, and we confirm by email once the deletion is done. We respond within 30 days.
Email a deletion requestWhat is deleted
• Your profile • Your workspace • Your team records • Your client records • Your job history • Your attached photos • Your saved pricing rules
What is kept, and for how long
• Invoices and financial records — up to 7 years, as required by tax law, separated from your account. • Backups — purged within 90 days. • Crash and diagnostic logs — 90 days.
How long it takes
When you confirm, the deletion runs immediately and cannot be undone. There is no recovery window and no way for us to restore the data afterwards.
If you own a workspace
If you own a workspace with other users, deleting your account deletes the workspace and every record in it, for everyone. We warn you and require you to type the company name to confirm. To leave without destroying the workspace, transfer ownership first.
Active subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately with the provider your company subscribed through. If your company subscribed on tydee.io, cancel it from Subscription in the web dashboard before deleting your account.
