Tydee Terms of Use

Acceptance

By creating a Tydee account or using the Tydee app you agree to these terms. If you are using Tydee on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What Tydee does

Tydee is software for cleaning businesses: scheduling and dispatching jobs, managing team members and their availability, recording time and job photos, communicating with clients, and producing invoices and financial reports. Tydee is a tool — we do not perform cleaning services, and we are not a party to the agreements between a business and its clients.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, for keeping your credentials secret, and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately at support@tydee.io if you believe your account has been compromised. Accounts are for people aged 18 and over.

Your data and your clients' data

You keep ownership of the data you enter. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display it in order to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter other people's personal information — your employees' and your clients' — and for the accuracy of what you enter. How we handle that data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tydee to break the law, to store or send unlawful, abusive or harassing content, to attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, to probe or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure, to scrape it, or to resell it as your own product. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid plan. Plans, prices and payment are handled outside the mobile app; the app does not sell anything. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges — it does not refund the current period, except where the law requires it. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription; cancel it separately.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tydee available and to improve it, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you paid for, we will tell you in advance.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using Tydee at any time and delete your account from Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if it is required by law, or if we discontinue the Service — with reasonable notice unless the breach makes notice unsafe.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law makes non-excludable. Tydee is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@tydee.io.
